Where Is Manesar Industrial Area Located?
IMT Manesar lies south-west of central Gurugram along NH-48. It is positioned between the Gurugram urban area and the Dharuhera–Bawal manufacturing corridor, giving businesses access to Delhi, Rajasthan and other NCR industrial locations.

1. Road Connectivity
NH-48 is the principal transport corridor serving IMT Manesar. It connects the industrial area with Gurugram, Delhi and the airport-facing region towards the north and with Dharuhera, Bawal, Neemrana and Jaipur towards the south.
The nearby KMP Expressway provides an alternative freight route towards Sohna, Palwal, Bahadurgarh, Sonipat and Kundli. This allows some commercial vehicles to avoid central Delhi and congested parts of Gurugram.
A 5.3-km road project connecting the Dwarka Expressway side with IMT Manesar was awarded in 2025. As construction and completion status can change, businesses should confirm whether the entire connection is open before planning time-sensitive freight movement.
