Kundli Industrial Area is located in Sonipat district of Haryana, immediately north of Delhi’s Singhu Border. It lies beside NH 44, with Narela and the Delhi border to the south and Rai, Bahalgarh and Sonipat city towards the north.

1. Metro Connectivity
Kundli does not currently have an operational metro station. Samaypur Badli on Delhi Metro’s Yellow Line is one of the commonly used stations for workers and visitors coming from Delhi. The remaining journey must be completed by bus, cab, auto or company transport.
The planned Rithala–Narela–Kundli corridor will extend Delhi Metro’s Red Line into Haryana. The Haryana section is planned as a 2.7-kilometre elevated stretch with stations at Nathupur and Kundli. The revised project proposal received Haryana government approval in March 2026, but businesses should not treat the estate as directly metro-connected until passenger services actually begin.

Kundli is also located near the northern starting point of the Kundli–Manesar–Palwal Expressway. The KMP route connects NH 44 with Bahadurgarh, Gurugram, Manesar and Palwal while allowing commercial vehicles to move around Delhi rather than through its central roads. The nearby Eastern Peripheral Expressway provides another connection towards Ghaziabad, Greater Noida and Palwal.
